Q1. How to Signup music classes?

A1. Please contact through email at unitonemusicstudio@gmail.com or WeChat: UnitoneShaoKang for availability time slot.

Q2. how to register membership account and how does it work?

A2. On the scheduling page (practice studio) there is “Returning? Log in” on the top right corner *not the one on the nav bar. With the membership account you can check the remaining hours of the membership pass, previous scheduled appointments, and membership’s expiration date.

Q3. What is Account Sign In on the nav bar, and what does it do?

A3. The account on the nav bar you can check the previous orders for tickets, and apparel.

Q4. Can I get a refund for music lessons?

A4. Once lesson is enrolled in, it is non-refundable, but they are allowed to transfer their remaining hours to others and/or switching lessons (ex. from guitar to bass, from vocal to guitar) Please note: There is one year expiration date for music lessons.

Q5. If i can’t make it to the class or practice studio appointment, is it able to reschedule?

A5. Yes, the reschedule and cancellation policy for private lessons, group lessons and trial lessons are required at least 48 hours in advanced, for practice studio is required at least 24 hours in advanced. Otherwise, it is not refundable and it can not be reschedule.

Q6. how to reschedule or cancel appointments?

A6. You can reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email or on the website.

Q7. Can I make appointment or reschedule directly from WeChat or email?

A7. For music lessons you will be able to reschedule on WeChat, for band practice please use Online Booking System on the website to reschedule.

Q8. Do you guys provide instruments for classes?

A8. No, you will have to bring your own instruments.
