FAQ & Studio Policies
Section 1. Enrollment Procedures
1.1 Registration for Music Classes
Prospective students must contact Unitone Music Studio via email at unitonemusicstudio@gmail.com or through WeChat (UnitoneShaoKang) to inquire about availability and schedule enrollment.
Section 2. Account Management
2.1 Navigation Bar Account Portal
The "Account" feature on the website navigation bar allows registered users to review prior transaction histories, including but not limited to ticket purchases and merchandise orders.
Section 3. Refund Policy
3.1 Non-Refundable Services
All payments for music lessons are final upon enrollment. Lessons expire twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, and no refunds shall be issued for unused services, except as required under California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1750 et seq.).
Section 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Music Lessons
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or WeChat at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund or rescheduling eligibility.
4.2 Practice Studio Appointments
Rescheduling must be initiated through the confirmation email link no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment. Late requests are not permitted.
Section 5. Instrument Requirements
5.1 Student-Provided Equipment
Students are responsible for supplying their own instruments, with the exception of drum lessons, for which equipment will be provided by Unitone Music Studio.
Section 6. General Provisions
6.1 Interpretation and Amendments
Unitone Music Studio reserves the exclusive right to interpret and modify these policies at its discretion, in compliance with California law.
